Slideshows are a fun way to display your photos. And they are easy and quick to create using the Photoshop Elements Slideshow Builder.
The Slideshow Builder is available in either the Mac or PC version of Elements 13 and can be accessed from the organizer or from the editor.
In this quick tutorial, we’ll look at creating a slideshow from the Elements Organizer.
Select your Photos
Start by going to the Elements Organizer and selecting the photos that you want included in the slideshow.
When selecting photos, keep the following tips in mind:
- To select all of the images in a particular folder, select that folder and choose Edit>Select All from the top menu bar or press Ctrl+A (on Windows) / Command+A (on Mac OS).
- To select multiple images that are adjacent to each other in the Browser, click on the first image and then Shift-click on the last image. This will select the two items clicked on and everything in between.
- To select multiple nonadjacent images, click on the first image and then Ctrl+click (on Windows) / Command+click (on Mac OS) on each additional image.
Create your Slideshow
With your photos selected, click on Create and choose Slideshow from the drop down menu.
The Elements’ Slideshow Builder will open.
The first screen allows you to choose from seven predesigned themes. There’s Classic Dark, Array, The Minimalist, Memories, Album, Party Poppers and Holiday Season.
